Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know.

Do you need a degree or knowledge of watchmaking?
None. The workshop is designed for curious beginners. If you know how to hold a pencil, you’ll know how to hold a pair of tweezers.
Exactly how long does the workshop last?
Three hours total, including a break. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. But we’re always happy to go over time.
Is the equipment provided?
Yes: magnifying glass, tweezers, watchmaker’s screwdrivers, training movement. You don’t need to bring anything.

However, we recommend:
– A thin, flexible sweater with loose sleeves or short sleeves.
– Long hair: a hair tie is strongly recommended.
– Glasses wearers: if you have contact lenses, it’s more comfortable to bring them. Wearing glasses is still perfectly fine.
Can we give the workshop as a gift?
Yes. The gift card is valid for one year and can be used during the recipient's session. Available in print or via email.
What is the rescheduling policy?
Free rescheduling up to 7 days before the session.
